This Cancellation & Billing Policy applies to purchases, subscriptions, consulting services, digital products, workshops, programs, and other paid offerings provided by GMC CAPITAL ENTERPRISES LLC, doing business as Gail By Design™ (“Gail By Design,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By completing a purchase or enrolling in a paid offer, you agree to the billing, cancellation, payment, and refund terms outlined below.

1. Trial & Subscription Billing

Gail By Design™ may offer subscription plans, memberships, retainers, digital resources, workshops, program access, or other services that may include trial periods or recurring billing.

Any applicable trial length, setup fee, recurring subscription price, or payment schedule will be clearly displayed at checkout or provided in the applicable written agreement.

After an applicable trial period ends, your payment method on file may be automatically charged the recurring subscription amount disclosed at checkout unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, such as monthly or at another interval stated at checkout, and will continue until canceled.

By completing your purchase, you authorize Gail By Design™ to charge your payment method for applicable fees in accordance with the terms presented at the time of purchase.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel a subscription or recurring payment plan by contacting Gail By Design™.

To request cancellation, email [email protected] and include:

Your full name

The email address used at checkout

The product, program, service, or subscription you want to cancel

To avoid the next recurring charge, cancellation requests must be submitted before the end of an applicable trial period or before your next scheduled billing date.

Once a cancellation is processed, your subscription may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in writing.

Future recurring charges will not be made after cancellation has been processed, except for amounts already due under an applicable payment plan or written agreement.

3. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific offer, product, service, program, or event purchased.

Unless a specific refund window is clearly stated at checkout or in a written agreement, payments are considered final once services, digital access, consulting time, strategy sessions, workshops, templates, downloads, program materials, or other purchased deliverables have been provided or made available.

Refunds may not be available for:

Completed consulting sessions or strategy calls

Digital downloads, templates, or resources already accessed or delivered

Workshops, programs, or events already attended

Subscription renewals processed after the applicable billing date

Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle

Partial months or unused portions of a subscription or service period

Other products or services identified as non-refundable at checkout or in an applicable written agreement

If a refund window is offered for a specific product, service, or program, refund requests must be submitted within the stated time period by emailing [email protected].

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to payment processor requirements and applicable law.

4. Payment Plans

If you enroll in a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless the written cancellation or refund terms for that specific offer state otherwise.

A payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription unless it is specifically described as such at checkout or in the applicable agreement.

Cancellation of access or participation does not automatically cancel amounts already committed under a payment plan unless the applicable offer terms expressly provide otherwise.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access to services, materials, programs, products, or deliverables.

5. Usage-Based or Third-Party Charges

Some Gail By Design™ services may involve third-party tools, platforms, automation systems, software, communication tools, AI tools, CRM platforms, email systems, SMS systems, hosting services, or other technology services.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, applicable third-party software fees, platform fees, domain fees, hosting fees, text-messaging fees, email-usage fees, advertising costs, or other external charges are the client's responsibility.

Gail By Design™ does not control and is not responsible for the independent billing, refund, subscription, or cancellation policies of third-party providers.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment attempt fails or is declined, Gail By Design™ may retry the charge using the payment method on file as permitted by the applicable payment arrangement and law.

If payment cannot be successfully processed, access to services, programs, subscriptions, materials, products, or deliverables may be paused, suspended, or terminated until the outstanding payment is resolved.

You remain responsible for amounts properly due under your applicable purchase or service agreement.

7. Changes to Billing Terms

Gail By Design™ reserves the right to update subscription pricing, billing policies, payment terms, cancellation procedures, and refund terms with reasonable notice when applicable.

Changes to recurring pricing or billing terms will apply to future billing cycles as disclosed, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.

Changes to this general policy do not override specific written terms previously agreed to for a particular product, service, program, or engagement unless expressly stated.

8. Offer-Specific Terms

Certain products, consulting engagements, programs, workshops, events, publishing opportunities, retreats, memberships, or other offerings may have cancellation, refund, deposit, transfer, payment, or billing terms that differ from this general policy.

When specific terms are disclosed at checkout, in an order form, registration page, proposal, contract, or other written agreement, those offer-specific terms will govern that particular transaction to the extent they differ from this general policy.
