This Cancellation & Billing Policy applies to purchases, subscriptions, consulting services, digital products, workshops, programs, and other paid offerings provided by Gail By Design™. By completing a purchase or enrolling in a paid offer, you agree to the billing, cancellation, and refund terms outlined below.

Trial & Subscription

Billing Gail By Design™ may offer subscription plans, memberships, retainers, digital resources, workshops, or program access that may include trial periods or recurring billing. Any applicable trial length, setup fee, recurring subscription price, or payment schedule will be clearly displayed at checkout. After the applicable trial period ends, your payment method on file may be automatically charged the recurring subscription amount shown at checkout unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis, such as monthly or otherwise stated at checkout, and will continue until canceled. By completing your purchase, you authorize Gail By Design™ to charge your payment method for all applicable fees in accordance with these terms.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription or recurring payment plan at any time by contacting Gail By Design™. To cancel, please email [email protected]. Please include your full name, the email address used at checkout, and the product, program, or subscription you want to cancel. To avoid being charged, cancellation requests must be submitted before the end of your trial period or before your next billing date. Once canceled, your subscription may remain active until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated in writing. Future charges will not be made after cancellation is processed.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific offer, product, service, or program purchased. Gail By Design™ | 851 S. Refunds may not be available for completed consulting sessions, strategy calls, digital downloads, templates or resources already accessed, workshops or events already attended, subscription renewals after the billing date, failure to cancel before the next billing cycle, or partial months of service. If a refund window is offered for a specific product or program, refund requests must be submitted within the stated time period by emailing [email protected]. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Payment Plans

If you enroll in a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless a written cancellation or refund policy for that specific offer states otherwise. A payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription unless it is specifically described that way at checkout. Failure to complete payment plan payments may result in suspension of access to services, materials, programs, or deliverables.

Usage-Based or Third-Party Charges

Some Gail By Design™ services may involve third-party tools, platforms, automation systems, software, communication tools, AI tools, CRM platforms, email systems, SMS systems, or other technology services. Unless otherwise stated in writing, third-party software fees, platform fees, domain fees, hosting fees, text messaging fees, email usage fees, advertising costs, or other external charges are the client's responsibility. Gail By Design™ is not responsible for third-party billing policies, subscription charges, or cancellation requirements.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment attempt fails or is declined, Gail By Design™ may retry the charge using the payment method on file. If payment cannot be successfully processed, access to services, programs, subscriptions, materials, or deliverables may be paused, suspended, or terminated until payment is resolved.

Changes to Billing Terms

Gail By Design™ reserves the right to update subscription pricing, billing policies, payment terms, cancellation procedures, and refund terms with reasonable notice when applicable. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles only unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.
